An Opelousas, LA native, David moved to Los Angeles with nothing but a dream to make it big in the Cannabis industry eventually becoming a partner in GenX Biotechnologies, a retail-level THC vaporizer brand, and bulk extraction distillate manufacturer where he remains a partner and acting Brand President. He has developed an extensive network in California and beyond that will provide an immediate avenue for sales and partnerships as the industry grows within Louisiana. David is the grandson of St. Landry Parish District Attorney, Earl Taylor.

Eli Guillot

CEO

BS of mechanical engineering, Founding Father and Vice President of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity LA Beta Chapter, Chief Engineer and Director of Maintenance for Bruce Foods Corporation (Louisiana Hot Sauce, Cajun Injector, Bruce’s Brand), Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) for federal Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Eli has been Chief Engineer for chile pepper production at quantities of 320,000 lbs/day, and brings his knowledge of food safety and machine/engineering expertise to the table.

Experienced CPG finance and marketing executive specializing in business integration, M&A execution & transitions, GL management, supply chain management, primary & syndicated data analysis, and food manufacturing. With a background in both accounting and brand management, he is able to direct many types of cross-departmental and inter-company initiatives. He believes all companies should utilize the modern technological tools available to them, such as ERP, cloud computing, and CRM, and has overseen numerous types of implementations.

CBD Process engineer that facilitated production of CBD+ brand. THC QA Director for multistate and international MMJ brands. CBD Product Compliance specialist with successfully validated CBD distillate and infused foods by local, state, and federal inspectors. He Has supervised bulk scale extraction purification, and acted as corporate brand compliance officer who worked to standardize process/product Critical Control Points and QC pass/failure rates across the multistate domain
